Who am I?

I am an emerging documentary storyteller based in Atlantic Canada. My work explores identity, memory, mental well-being, and belonging. I am deeply passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices and value the act of listening as much as storytelling. My curiosity and genuine connection with others led me to create Crossing Borders, an intimate and authentic documentary that reflects the richness and diversity of the communities I engage with.

Why us?

Immersed in stories

Years at a New Brunswick settlement agency, it gave me deep access to newcomer experiences, over steaming cups of tea, in community gatherings, and through countless meaningful conversations.

Built-in trust

Participants share their stories openly with me, allowing authentic storytelling that honours their vulnerabilities.

Collaborative vision

I aim to work closely with newcomers in the development of the production, ensuring their voices help shape every frame from script to screen.

Together, We Can Make It Happen

Crossing Borders is just the beginning. By engaging in these stories, we hope to inspire dialogue, empathy, and action, fostering a stronger, more connected New Brunswick community.
